Use a different name than normal. Make the dog's name special. Becky!
Had a young lady that worked for me a while back named Lindsey Scott. Always made me chuckle a little when someone said her full name. I showed her that video to explain my little private joke.
Dang my wife's name is Priscilla...always called Prissy. She wouldn't see the humor of that response.
Just remembered that my cousin had a dog named "Damnit" one time. They thought it was sooooo cool. Until it got loose on the beach one time which was an absolute hoot to watch. Really happened. No more trips to the beach without a leash for ol Damnit.
I haven't laughed this much in a long time. This read like a Lewis Grizzard story, instant classic southern read.
The only female dog I've ever had was a solid black German Shepherd (the best dog also) got her when I was 5, I'm now 57. I got to choose & my older sisters got to name her. I picked the runt of the litter & my sisters names her Princess.
