Washington should also do away with the awfully racist medical licensing test requirements, as should California which prevented Jethro Bodine from becoming a brain surgeon, causing him to become a double nought spy, his second choice. The world would be a better place had Dr Bodine performed brain surgery on everybody in Beverly Hills.
