So you are saying he still has total control, right? ...
Seems to me this is exacly what he wants, then he gives Iran the nuke and they take over the whole region. There is your NWO Middle Eastern district. They are well on the way to combining Europe into one, China will take care of making Asia all one and immigration and open borders is going to take care of North America. Communism will consolidate South America. Ironically enough, Africa may be the trickiest one of all.
