NonDawg My flu shot experience

Got it back in October at work. Had to show an insurance card even though it was free. I also had to fill out more paperwork than I expected. But it was well organized. I reserved a time to show up at the conference room for the shot, showed up a minute or two early, which was good as I wasn’t having to anticipate filling out a form.

The lady was nice enough. And the shot itself was non eventful. Had just a touch of arm soreness the next day, but nothing else. And I haven’t gotten the flu since then, which is good.

I’d encourage everyone to get a flu shot.

I probably should just start a new thread but I had a similar experience.

Side note: just a regular bandaid was used. Nothing branded or with a cartoon character.

I got a bandaid that said “FLU DEFENDER” on it. I sure felt like an adult.
