Horrible. It’s one thing to be a kook, and a nut job, but the way that he refused to defend his own statements during his confirmation shows that he’s not completely crazy. He absolutely knows that the statements he makes our indefensible and just wrong, and yet does not have the courage to stand on that point.
It’s not enough that he’s a complete whack job, which he is, when a man won’t stand up and admit who he is publicly, I say you are a coward.
Maybe he and Joe can get adjoining rooms at the memory care / nursing home and share caregivers and expenses. They can listen to "The way we were" on continuous loop while they try and count their money and dream of the good old days...

I am honestly not a big fan of his either. Trump won the election. He should get who he wants in his cabinet. Like you said, it would be hard to be worse than who he is replacing.
