I think it would be prudent, as the originator of this thread, to provide the basis of your claims. You have stated two points that don’t exist in the bill.

The points you stated exist only in Legacy media hits and Dem political quotes. It’s always folly to use Rachael Maddow and Chuck Schumer as a basis of opinion.

Please provide where your two statements exist in the bill and I will defer.
