12 people. Wanna try to see if you can pick 12 consecutive of one thing when 20 percent of another is in the barrel? Odds are not good. You can't ask are you gonna judge guilty or not guilty beforehand. Chances were pretty good for a hung jury. Reality is, based on the crime he was guilty. The evidence was there. There may have been issues with the administration of the trial but that question isn’t one.
