States add jobs not Washington. Look at the performance of the Republican led states against Dem led states and you get a clear picture.

Lets see how these lower oil prices treat North Dakota's economy come the end of the year since that's the only thing that state has.
The U-6 is just 1.8% points off of what it's low was in 2007 of 8%. Compare that to the 17.1% thanks to the Bush administration and yeah why would you ever vote for another republican?

If you are talking revenue, then yeah. Larger urban areas will typically vote democrat. Once you get that many people in a small place, the stupidity spreads rampant. Then at some point, the system will collapse like Detroit. I find it amazing that Bush had to deal with 911 which crippled the airline industry, Hurricane Katrina, which crippled the oil industry in the gulf, two wars, and the collapse of the housing bubble caused by the Dems pushing banks to offer low interests loans to those who couldn't afford them and the economy really didn't falter until the housing market debacle.
Obama has had 6 years of relatively little economic crisis, yet the economy has still been stagnant. His shovel ready jobs and stimulus package really did nothing significant (besides waste a lot of tax payer money).
He didnt do a damn thing. We should be much farther ahead than we are. This is the slowest, weakest recovery ever. And, don't get me started about how the policies of Frank & Dodd started the whole mess to begin with. You libs have a strange memory. But, you can have Detroit, Baltimore, CA, CT and the rising crime rate of NYC under its socialist Mayor if you like it so much.

Well we are over 6 years into the "recovery" and the last quarter the economy contracted. LOL! The only people who have done well in this Obama trainwreck are his wall street cronies prospering because of his 24/7 running of the printing presses and near zero interest rates. The working middle class has lost buying power as they are far poorer than they were the day this Obama took office. Far fewer Americans work that they have in over 40 years. Part time and under employed is the order of the day. The wage gap has the pitchforks out and sharpening them.

They sure have not polled any one I know or associate with! The way jobs are calculated is even dishonest. The people that lost their jobs in 2008 and could not find another are no longer counted as un-employed to skew the true facts.
