This is why Trump 2.0 will be very successful ……

I’ve always said his superpower is that he truly doesn’t give a shit what people think, especially stylish political types. Pair this with an outside the box mentality…..guy is gonna get a lot of stuff done no one ever had the balls to try and/or never thought to try.

I realize that if you hate Trump or think he’s evil, this superpower and level of power he has is dangerous to you. I don’t buy it. Behind all the crazy shit the guy says, his policy is generally one of common sense and things that benefit Americans.

He’s not a genius by any means. His effectiveness is in his ability to keep shit simple and work his ass off to get it done.

Just started to build the Cosm at the Gulch yesterday

..For those that don't know.. the Gulch is located in the A.T.L. between the Benz and State Farm Arena.. about 50acres ..where the railroad tracks are..
..The Cosm is the latest in sports bars.. similar to the Sphere in Vegas.. only 2 in the USA now ..Dallas and LA I believe...called..an immersive entertainment center..
70k sq.ft and 3 stories high.. cost to get in varies per event...but it aint' cheap...!!

When Drew Rosenhaus is your NIL agent..

You're better off without that client. When I read a couple days ago the Cantwell's had retained Rosenhaus as their son's NIL agent, I knew it was a money grab. The kid is from a relatively small Missouri town and every Mizzou kid we've recruited in this NIL period has eventually chased the $$$. Nwaneri took the bag and has now transferred out. Add in the arguably sleaziest agent who is a Miami graduate and Miami resident, and the show was over. Maybe he'll change his mind but I hope Kirby stands firm or even decreases his NIL offer. The kid and parent's have a little $$ now and can pick any seat among the 50K empty seats in Miami's stadium. Sometimes addition is by subtraction.
