Ole Miss’s NIL investment paid off today…

Last year in Athens we took over and ran them off the field. Now this year they do the same to us. They got major ROI from this game to save their season. Their rebuilt pass rush bullied our OL the entire game.

Season on the line next week and I’m already worried about Tennessee’s pass rush against our OT’s. The entire offense is a major flaw.

We just saw a 60 minute beatdown.

Time to drain the swamp re: offensive coaching staff…

It’s pretty clear at this point. We have a coaching and personnel problem. Not real thrilled with the D but we can reevaluate them later. I’ve had Bobo’s back for the most part, but he needs to go. Scrap the whole thing except maybe Hartley. We’re probably going to have growing pains next year either way, so now would be good timing. Just rip the damn bandaid off already.

Now we find out if Kirby is good or great…

The difference between very good and great is sustained greatness over time.

It’s doing it and then doing it again and again and again… and doing it under different circumstances, against different obstacles, in different environments and with different personnel.

You have to fight complacency.
You have to reinvent yourself.
You have to respond to failure.
You have to anticipate the adaptions of others.
Etc… Etc…

Kirby has been phenomenal, but how he responds to this season will determine whether or not he makes CFB’s Rushmore and plants UGA firmly among the all time great programs.

Would we hire John Smith as OC if these were his recent numbers?

68th scoring offense, 67th total offense, 66th yards per play
99th scoring offense, 97th total offense, 91st yards per play
71st scoring offense, 34th total offense, 39th yards per play
108th scoring offense, 61st total offense, 81st yards per play

That was Bobo the preceding four years before coming here
