My goodness Uk has taken the fun out of this W. Not really but kinda.

much un to watch this team. Over the years when we have played Kentucky and were able to keep it close you just knew they would flip the switch and win it. Well when they flipped the switch tonight they never got closer than 5. We withstood it and then increased our lead and won by the same margin we held at halftime.

The crowd was electric and I'm sure that helped but the hustle this team showed was outstanding imo.

A couple of things in particular I really loved seeing. For once we matched up with them on the glass. So many times in the past years just were outmatched against them. Not this team. Also our half court press defense. Really took Kentucky out of rhythm imo. Again the hustle this team shows makes them fun to watch. Really enjoyed this win!

Times like these give me hope for our collective and booster approach. I know a lot won’t agree and hate to contribute, but I think now is the best time to show our support through donations and keep the foot on the gas, even if the contribution is a small one. I think it sends a message to Kirby and co that we appreciate their aggressiveness. Yes, I know the booster money is what moves the needle to get a lot of these players, but I truly believe that our volume of fans/supporters can still make a difference at the grassroots level

Hopefully we can keep up the momentum!

What this staff and donors have been able to do so far in retention and portal additions. The good news isn’t over with, teams still have ball left to play that may have some players of interest on them that could see there way into the portal. Take the good news and the bad news, I think I saw George Foster say today that this is essentially pro ball, spend your money on your stars and free agents and build depth around the rest. We needed Safety and Receivers and we got them. Also I know these receivers must have some sort of ideas about who could be throwing them the ball come spring time…

these Hoop Dawgs are “built different”! Been doing so “under the radar” until NOW, but Mike White has delivered with a squad worth getting excited for! Guy really nailed the talent evaluation, retention and acquisition game this go round IMHO!!

My family has a Disney vacation scheduled starting Sunday with airfare on Saturday. Our flight leaves at noon on Saturday from Chattanooga to Orlando with a layover in Atlanta. I live in SE TN and I'm about about 35 minutes from the Chattanooga airport on a normal day. Here are my questions for anyone who might have a better idea of what is going to happen with the weather on Friday into Saturday:

Do we keep our original flight and plan on being able to drive to the airport around 10:00 or so on Saturday?

Do we move our flight from Chattanooga to a later time? For example, there is a 2:08 from Chattanooga on one of the smaller planes and a 5:21 flight on one of the larger ones.

Do we change our flight to leaving from Atlanta on Saturday instead of Chattanooga and just drive to the Atlanta airport Saturday?

This is very now Dawg I know, but I'm just trying to tap into the knowledge of others.
