Hello weekend, Dawgs!!

Still lots of emotions it appears. I'm just happy to be here. Excited for what is ahead and the apparent changes to come. Always down for a fresh start.

Gotta be honest, when the news on CKS's dad hit yesterday, I really had to stop and have an ah-ha moment. I had a hard enough time managing a small business, my regular job and a grandson.....can't imagine trying to manage a multimillion dollar football team of 18-22 yr olds, a staff, and family all while the pressure of winning looms over, with a health crisis of one parent in a strange city. I don't care if the man gets paid, he deserves it and he deserves some grace. Praying for Mr Sonny BIG!!

So much crying over some pretty obvious penalties.

I say them. We have already won an SEC championship and they haven't won anything in like FOREVER. We are playing with our backup QB.

Had Carson still been starter and we lost Sec championship, i would have said pressure was on us to stay in that top tier ...or the national media would say we are slipping.

It kind of all got worked out and became a non issue with him later on. Every one swore that Stet must have been like 5’9”. I’m hoping that Gunner can get this fumble thing kind of worked out too. Where he feels that pressure coming a little bit. If he can, we could be cooking. Kid can throw it and has the leadership.

Lots of friends headed back to work today, plenty still off for vacation too. Whatever your situation may be, make these last 2 days the best ones of 2024! Maybe Laura will have some ClemSons nuggets for us later...

So, I just gotta tell y'all I have the most amazing SIL (she's actually my ex SIL but I still love her and she still loves me/Noah's mom) who has gone above and beyond to make my daughters wish for her best friend's gift, dream come true!! Y'all remember me asking about pics/ideas from the UGA/GT game for a memento from the last game her dad watched with them.... well, she has made it happen, got signatures and all the works. When we get everything framed and done I'll show Y'all a picture! So excited!!

... Michigan already on the phone with his agent....... pulling that $6 Million dollar offer.

...They've got the first layer of the new field installed; Still working on the coaches offices/hitting area, but it seems they will be done in time for the start of practice.

I ended up getting the imprimatur to stay (didn’t need it, but…) and I am glad I did. I made a ton of new friends and I am gonna watch us WHOOP THEIR IRISH ASS TOMORROW. NOLA remains an odd vibe, but a ton of Dawgs are here in the city and we all are ready to bring it home.
