NEW STORY Peach State Priorities - Breaking down Georgia's in-state targets in the 2026 class

I'm going to pin this series as well like we did with the 2026 Big Board. I figured this would be helpful for all of us (including me) to help get to know this 2026 class a bit as we turn the focus there.

Fall Camp Predictions vs. Reality

I’m tired of the Bobo and Searels threads- so wanted to open a discussion about fall camp “nuggets” vs. what actually occurred during the season… coming into the season, the news was about how dominant our OL was playing- occasionally busting long runs right through the front 7 on “D”. We believed this would be the year our line would win the Joe Moore award. What actually occurred for much of the season is our line “looked like Tarzan and played like Jane” - with very inconsistent performances. Do you believe this was a result of:
1. Too many injuries to our RBs and oline throughout the year
2. Regression due to coaching
3. Conspiracy: The program putting out a narrative (strong oline) to through off our competition (reality our running game was poor)
4. Something else?
5. Combo of above

Thoughts??

Mike Bobo

I have read all your post concerning CMB. We did not lose this game because of him! Blaming Mike Bobo is like blaming a pilot because all he had was one engine! It’s no secret… UGA struggled all year offensively! The games and the stats speak for themselves! Leading the country in drop passes is not a stat that championship teams normally wear. If Bobo is responsible for offensive evaluations… then hold him accountable. But I have a feeling CKS isn’t handing out scholarships to kids without a say so! So if you’re gonna critique then the head man can’t be left out if you truly want to get better. But Carson and Gunner flew our plane with one engine all year long. Our Championship defense took us as far as it could… but could not overcome a special teams tud and a fumble inside the 10 yd line. Our plane had one engine and can only fly so fast! We got it handed to us upfront last night. We were one dimensional the entire game and most of the year. Look where we ranked nationally in rushing yards. That tells a story too! You give us Brock Bowers and Ladd last night with Andrew Thomas and two more stud offensive lineman. Then watch what happens!! It’s a different game and we win!!! The coordinator can fly pretty good when he’s got two 777 engines!! Bobo doesn’t block nor catch! You can bring your sarcasm all you want to this post! But any coach will tell you…. You need engines to fly fast!!! Go Dawgs!!!
