Good Morning Dawg Nation

Last day of the work week for me....finally! Lol
Something about this first full week back has been exhausting.

Reading the board last night, just wanted to offer up some prayers for all those out in Cali or with family/friends out there dealing with these fires....just awful scenes from that area.

Going "Non Dawg" now but the hubs and I watched the Aaron Hernadez and murderous friends special on ID last night.... just a travesty what was allowed to continue from high school to UF and on into the NFL. Makes me detest CUM and UF even more.

Praying for all those on the LDGMDNOPL and the GMDN gang too 🙏🏻

Happy Birthday/Anniversary if you're celebrating today 🥳 🎉

Love you guys and gals, MEAN IT!!

Go Dawgs ♥️

Happy New Year’s Eve! Remembering this day two years ago

One of the best games I have ever been to. Pretty crazy that he kicked it on New Year’s Eve and he completely missed it as the clock hit midnight.

I was sitting with Radi and he almost gave up and left. Aren’t you Glad you didn’t leave @Radi Nabulsi

What a game and what a win and what a season and what a team!

I think we find a way to get it done tomorrow night as long as we protect the Football. I think we rise to the occasion.
First one to 20 points wins I’ll go with Georgia 27 to 17 over Notre Dame

OSU fans almost turned Day into a sympathetic figure but I'm still going with him. James Franklin a close second.

What a weird year, huh?

We could beat anyone in the country. And we could lose to almost anyone in the top 25.

Texas was hanging in there with Ohio State. Looks like it won't turn out their way now, but they were hanging for 90% of this game. And we beat them twice.

We 100% could have beat Ohio State. Maybe not favorites or more than 50 out of 100. But definitely a reasonable chance.

But we lost to ND. Maybe it was Carson being out. Maybe not. But we ended up watching the sidelines tonight and for the final, as SEC Champions.

Weird season to me.

I love Arian Smith. Will always be a DGD in my book.

He was as good as you can ever ask a track star to be, ala the Scott-Wesley's of the world.

That said, let's talk about his speed. Has he ever hit a crease and left defenders in his wake after a catch or getting a corner on an end-around?

Does it take a quarter mile for him to hit top end, or is his speed a bit over-rated?

Mike White’s post game comments

"My goodness, as we talked about this morning, this team is really physical," head coach Mike White said. "They play really hard. There were going to be a lot of fouls called in the game. We knew that. There were going to be a lot of free throws shot. They were going to change defenses and extend their defenses throughout the game in different ways. And boy, it's a different look than we'll see all year, it really is. And they played really well in the first 20 until the buzzer. I mean, we were down 17 at half. And honestly, I didn't think we came out with the wrong approach – we had a really good shoot around and we had a really good practice yesterday. Our guys were fired up to tip it up and play in front of a big crowd – I want to say our biggest crowd this year. So we're appreciative. The crowd was a big factor there throughout the second half. We didn't give our crowd a lot to cheer for in the first 20. They had us on our heels offensively, and they hit a couple contested threes with just a little bit of miscommunication, and their confidence grew and they finished the latter part of the first half in a big, big way. Our culture came through, it did."
