Do you offer a man dying of thirst a half cup of water a day provided by courier, to keep him alive, or do you teach him how to turn the water faucet on, on the wall beside him?
If we truly want to fix us, teach us how instead of handing out.
We have an educational and economic system that should be and could be used to prepare citizens for a life of self sufficiency, but we would rather allow political agenda’s to move us off the base mark.
And the only ones that benefit are the politicians selling the vote.
As we have moved from the nuclear family, we have given the rights of training our children to total strangers. Does that seem odd to anyone else?
Total strangers that don’t care about our children or our families. We are a customer, a commodity, all wrapped into one.
The agendas of life should be left to the families themselves. Agenda has no place in procedures of those in custody of my children. Only basic tools such as math, science, geography and civics are needed by our school system. If those aren’t being taught, what is the point?
And if the school teaches a distain for our country, it’s history and economic system, why are we funding it publicly? Why does a country fuel a system that teaches against it by using tax dollars from its citizens?
