Chat libs...jump on in here and show us your tears!..

Yes, some things are undeniable, but we probably have some different things on our list and that's just okay.

Where do you think our lists would differ? When I mention undeniable I thought we would be in agreement.

Also when you say you do not agree with some of the stances, I believe once you or I cast our votes we somewhat align with those stances regardless. I know it is not so palatable but it is so. That is why I think the left has gone to far. When you embrace irrefutable facts and twist logic to spreads the point of view I feel you can no longer be trusted. You have crossed the line.
When I said you have crossed the line. I was not speaking of any specific person. Sorry that was not pointed at you.
No problem. I didn't take that personally.

You haven't been posting on here as long as some others so I'm not sure what would be on your list. But I can 100% say that my list would differ from many posters here. But I'm not interested in posting anything just for some more attacks (from others).

We basically have a binary choice in our elections, so I don't think our vote means we align to a large degree with what I assume you mean the stances of the party. People made their choice based on something. Obviously the economy and immigration were big issues and I'm guessing that some people didn't worry about other issues. My main reason, as I've said before, is what the next four years would look like and I'm very concerned about what Trump will do. Political promises don't mean a lot so I wasn't concerned about anything else in particular.

I'm not sure who you are not trusting, because "the left" encompasses so many people and ideas. It's not fair to blanket a whole group of people who are not all the same, but whatever you want. I definitely don't trust Trump, but that's not the point. At this point, I'm just waiting to see what happens. He has some goals which sound good and others that I am against, but that's true every election. But it's hard to translate changes you want into an efficient process.

Thank you for your response. I know there are several we would agree with. The main 2 I will mention are gender and equity.
Men are men and women are women. Equity as a policy is a fallacy. By definition we can not achieve equity. The focus should be equality. By having these policies/agendas the left is embracing outright lies. These are undeniable and this is tactic of changing definitions and building acceptance or at least neutrality to further their agenda.
Embracing lies creates more chaos and tends to increase doubt and confusion to where more and more people are ruled by their emotions and feelings. I know there are lies abounding on both sides. But these are the most egregious and destructive in my mind. I could never align with these beliefs.

I don't want to touch this with a ten-foot pole. You may think it's a simple statement (regardless of position), but there are a lot of words there that get thrown around and mean different things to different people.

Gender is pretty simple, right? We all learned about that growing up. But it's no longer a simple statement, because people have sort of expanded what it means. And the left and right for lack of better terms, start to give additional meaning to that statement.

Why can't we achieve equity? Maybe you are using a different definition, but when I look it up it says " Equity is the idea that people should be treated fairly and impartially, and that people should acknowledge and adjust for imbalances." What is wrong with that. I thought equality meant treating everyone the same and they are not. You see the problem with these words - I do.

I don't know where you are gong with embracing lies in the context. People might look at it differently, but it doesn't mean it's a lie (and now we're back to the problem). So I don't know what is undeniable in regard to these terms. You say "I could never align with these beliefs" and it's not clear what you are talking about so I'm just moving on.

The FEMA employee who was fired said that she was following FEMA protocol. She said that it happened in Florida and North Carolina. Take your blinders off.

The FEMA boss who was fired after ordering volunteers not to approach homes displaying Trump signs in Florida after Hurricane Milton has insisted her edict 'was not isolated' and also happened in North Carolina.

Speaking out for the first time since she was fired, Marn'i Washington accused the Federal Emergency Management Agency of 'lying' about the scandal, and making her the scapegoat of a wider practice.

Washington was blasted publicly and lost her job after a text chain was leaked that showed her instructing colleagues to 'avoid' houses that had Trump signs in their yards.

Washington told DailyMail.com she is seeking an attorney and is 'at risk' as a result of the backlash she's received. 'I have information that proves FEMA is lying,' she said.

In a podcast appearance last night, she went further - claiming more FEMA employees are guilty of the same bias, but that she is the only one being hung out to dry.
