Based on that statement, how can you not lend credibitly to any accustion of sexual assualt by Donald Trump???

Trump was so right, when he claimed he could shoot someone dead in the middle of 5th Ave and his supporters would still support him. Its sad, how far we have let this man go...its even sadder that it is the supposed principled conservative party that has allowed it.

The party of Buckley and Friedman has become a clown show and...well, I've never been a doomsdayer but we are tittering on the brink of disaster...but you know, "MAGA" and "lets own the libs" and "what about ???". We have become so stupid.

This case is similar to the Brett Kavanaugh hearing, where we were supposed to blindly believe a woman who spoke in the tone of a little girl to elicit sympathy. She had few facts, zero evidence, no eyewitnesses, and contradicted herself numerous times just like with the Kavanaugh accuser. She like in the Kavanaugh case couldn't even give a year of the alleged assault happened which made it impossible to counter. Her legal expenses were paid by a well known billionaire leftist and DT wasn't even allowed to bring this up in court.
In NY, you don't need evidence to convict Donald Trump. He wasn't even given an opportunity to defend himself. These accusations weren't even made until both Trump and Kavanough were considered important for dems to oppose.
Although this recent trial was about defamation, and Carroll chose not to pursue charges of sexual abuse or rape. But the jury hated DT so much the leftist jury and judge convicted Trump of outrageous dollar sum for defamation for only declaring his innocence.

LOL but everything on the Hunter laptop is legit....DJT had a horrible lawyer.....she didnt object to anything so what are they gonna appeal? The judge that wont go well...if he appeals the dollar amount he has to put the entire amount in escrow which he wont do and whatever is decided then the money is paid out he wont risk that because the billionaire doesnt have the money.

Why is it so hard to believe a man who bragged about approaching women and kissing them or grouping them by the genitalia wouldnt do this...seems pretty likely hes been doing this for a long time even when he was a democrat

One man's "weaponized court system" is another mans "measure of accountibility". NO ONE from the right save Cheney and Romney have attempted to hold Trump accountable...everyone needs accountability, especially leaders. A man without accoutnability is soon for disaster.

Now, imagine a clown like Trump, occupying the most powerful office in the world, with absolutely no accountability. I'm telling you, it aint good. And those who are backing this guy to own the libs are gonna reap the whirlwind...the whirlwind we barely avoided the first time.

Carroll told two friends what happened in detail when it happened and they testified as such in court. Two other women testified that Trump had groped them similarly in different settings.

Trump was on tape laughing about grabbing women by the p**sy and when he had a chance to set the record straight during the deposition for this trial, unapologetically confirmed that for better or worse, through out history, that stars could assault women and get away with it and that he is in fact a star. Also, after insisting that he would never be attracted to a dog like Carroll, he mistook Carroll for his second wife, Marla Maples. Carroll’s lawyers could not have asked for a more damaging deposition from Trump absent a full confession.

Not exactly a travesty of justice, but I’m sure the most victimized and whinging billionaire ever will continue to have his defenders. When you joke about having sex with your own daughter, or about how Jeffry Epstein tends to like his girls on the younger side, or pay off a porn star for the BJ you got while your third wife was home with your newborn, karma tends to catch up with you eventually.

She probably told more than 2. She has a history of telling people she was raped by men on at least 7 different occasions in the past about different men. Maybe she just a attracts rapists, but I doubt it.

Also, do you have any reservations considering her story appears to follow the same plot line as an actual episode of Law & Order?

When asked why she didnt scream she just replied that "she just wasn't a screamer"

if you've seen any episodes of SVU - and there are 530+ of them - you would know that at least according to the show it's quite common that, when violated, women do not scream (it is a very didactic show).

if you had watched all 530+ of those episodes, you would also know that there is almost no rape scenario possible in New York City that has not been played out by Dick Wolff et al. *

In addition, I think we will all agree Trump was VERY famous long before he ran for President. If he walked into that store he would be noticed and attended to by one of more salespeople. They would be watching him as he shopped. If he went into the lady's dressing room, do you think that would be noticed? Even if they didn't say anything at the time, I am sure that is not something an employee would forget, even many years later.

This is why we have trials, to hash all this out. Did you listen to testimony? Cross examiniation?
Anyone can shoot holes in any statement. That is why logic, rules of evidence, courtroom procedures are followed.

We don't have many options so I will go with the one who has proven he can run this country and is still mentally competent. Biden is far worse than anything Trump is being accused of.
