Sounds like a great idea as long as it's paid back to taxpayers and not some blanket give away. But, I would like to see the total savings first and prioritize the debt and deficit with most of the savings.

The best thing Trump could do is total up all the savings that have a direct impact this year on the budget deficit. Don’t pay out the savings. Reducing the deficit will bring down interest rates which will do more for the American people than anything else.
