Btw this is why Trump and JD are awesome. They don't view Americans as a tax farm but actually care about the nation

“Real wages” will cure a lot to issues, but I certainly would feel better if the market would continue to climb…..and also keep the boys stay out of the girls bathrooms/dressing rooms.

Oops, he’s already taken care of that, right?

From Jack Smith's report:

"The people who took Mr. Trump at his word formed a massive crowd that broke onto
restricted Capitol grounds and into the building, violently attacking law enforcement officers
protecting the Capitol and those inside. Officers have described being assaulted by rioters
wielding bear spray, metal bats and flag poles, and other improvised weapons. A Metropolitan
Police Department (MPD) commander recounted that the scene was "a non-stop barrage of just
strikes, with weapons and things being thrown, and pepper spray, and you name it. Everything
being hurled at these [officers]. You could hear them yelling. You could hear them, screams and
moans, and everything else." Multiple officers stated that they feared for their lives when
among the rioters that day. One MPD officer put that fear at "a hundred percent" from the
moment he entered the crowd, and he explained that he thought he might die: "You know, you're
getting pushed, kicked, you know, people are throwing metal bats at you and all that stuff. I was
like, yeah, this is ****ing it." A U.S. Capitol Police officer similarly recalled thinking, "I
think I might die today." And in one instance, an MPD officer recounted that rioters dragged
him into the crowd, where they beat and tased him while yelling things like, "I got one!" and,
"Kill him with his gun!"

The January 6 rioters assaulted at least 140 law enforcement officers that day, and at least
123 defendants have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious
bodily injury to law enforcement."

But by all means, Donald, pardon every one of them. After all, they were only doing what you told them to do.
According to Buzzfeed at the Department of Justice website there were 440 felonies, but I could only find 14 of those that were actually charged with attacking LEOs. Most of the 400+ got felonies for entering the restricted buildings while 1500 got misdemeanors that did not enter the buildings. The U.S. Court of Appeals had overturned 200 of the felonies on misapplied enhancements and these people were still waiting when the clemency was issued.
I certainly do not condone anyone receiving clemency that assaulted an LEO trying to do their job; been there and it is not any fun.
The Democrats have had a hay day with Trumps clemency, but they were all for Obamma's clemency of 504 life sentences for drugs, some of which had enhancements for death caused by the product and/or firearms involved with the drugs( Out here if we charge you with delivery, depending on the amount of the drugs, you could get up to 30 years in prison unless there are firearms present which can get you a life sentence )
Then there was not one peep on Bidens vast clemency which included these jewels:
In the stunning act of clemency just two days before Christmas, Biden, 82, gave the reprieve to some of the nation’s most violent murderers — nine of them found too dangerous to live after butchering fellow inmates — as part of his effort at “ensuring a fair and effective justice system,” the White House said.

  • Among those getting some holiday cheer is Thomas Sanders, who in 2010 kidnapped and then shot 12-year-old Lexis Roberts four times and cut her throat in Louisiana — days after the girl watched as Sanders murdered her mother on a road trip near the Grand Canyon.
  • Christmas also came early for Anthony Battle, who murdered an Atlanta prison guard with a hammer in 1994 while serving a life sentence for raping and murdering his wife, a US Marine, in 1987 at Camp Lejeune, NC.
  • Jorge Avila-Torrez, another clemency recipient, sexually assaulted and stabbed to death two girls — Laura Hobbs, 8, and Krystal Tobias, 9 — who had been riding their bicycles in their neighborhood in a suburb north of Chicago in 2005.Four years later, he strangled naval officer Amanda Snell, 20, inside her barrack in Arlington, Va.
And this one out of everything mentioned left me scratching my head on why it was not mentioned in relation to Law Enforcement Officers

(4)President Joe Biden has sparked outrage after commuting the sentence of Leonard Peltier in a last-minute move before leaving office Monday.

Peltier, 80, has spent nearly 50 years in prison after being convicted of the murder of two FBI agents on South Dakota's Pine Ridge Reservation in 1975. He also escaped from federal prison in 1979 while serving his sentence for the two murders and had five years tacked onto his sentence.

Peltier, a prominent Native American activist before his arrest, has always proclaimed his innocence in the crime.

"This commutation will enable Mr. Peltier to spend his remaining days in home confinement but will not pardon him for his underlying crimes," Biden wrote in a statement announcing the move.
