The article is meant to be negative towards Musk, which in and of itself is fine. Just like it is totally fine to not buy a car for any reason, including hatred of the CEO.
To me this article is an indictment on so many that have let politics become some kind of religion for them. Does the author think it is normal or okay that he is getting flicked off or phuck you’d dozens of times from seemingly normal people? For simply driving a certain kind of car?
I think it is terrible. I know there is some crazy on both sides. I wouldn’t have expected it to be this terrible in terms of prejudgment from so many random folks.
It is this politics as religion dynamic that has folks defending the murder of a CEO for political reasons.
