Lions had the best regular season in their history and were the clear best, most well-rounded team all year. A fanbase that had for decades been left with heartbreak and despair was finally ready to have those demons be slain…only to lay an absolute egg at the most important moment. I feel bad for Detroit fans, they aren’t even going to get a 2nd chance like we did.
