All that is fine and good. However, if you want Federal $, you can’t discriminate based on race, religion, creed or national origin +age +disability +sex.
Creed is surely going to align with political party beliefs and there is not a single registered Republican in their ranks. The Republican side of discourse is given short shrift, derision, or ignored these days. All the Republicans that worked there quit and no new Republicans are being hired - coincidence or discrimination?
