Brugler Mock Draft: Three Dawgs in the First Round

Since there are some draft related threads, figured it was worth highlighting where one of the better draft analysts have Dawgs in his first post-season mock. These are also the only Georgia players in Brugler's most recent Top 50 Big Board.

6. New York Jets: Jalon Walker, LB/Edge, Georgia
7. Tennessee Titans: Mykel Williams, Edge, Georgia
12. Miami Dolphins: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

Relevant for this week, Brugler notes that Mykel's "Texas tape alone might be enough for him to be drafted this high."

SECCG reference: First round projections for Texas:

Kelvin Banks Jr., OT/G, Texas
Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
Alfred Collins, DT, Texas

Dane had Ewers and Beck both in his top 50 at the start of the year (Beck 8th, Ewers 23rd.) Both have dropped out entirely.

Sad to ask this question, but I dont know the answer.

Exactly how binding is the agreement between player and school once the aid papers are signed. I know there is out if the head coach leaves, but my understanding is that financial aid isnt binding and nothing is set in stone until the kid enrolls. You know where this is going, kids are already signing as late in the day as possible to keep the bidding going, but what about the schools that lose kids at the last minute and now have leftover funds? What keeps them from trying to steal a kid that has already signed?
