If Georgia wins, we should have seen this coming, because it's still Kirby Smart and the Dawgs, and ND is habitually overrated.

If the Irish win, we should have seen this coming, because Georgia is going with a highly inexperienced backup QB, the Dawgs have been wildly inconsistent on offense, and Notre Dame is better than a lot of people realize.

We’re going to need Gunner to play his A** off in the pocket….and let’s hope that our WRs can make big plays. We can’t depend on our defense to keep teams under 20 points at this level….can we score 35 points in a shootout? The 2021 and 2022 national title teams provide they could…which was the difference in winning or losing. Of course, running the ball with authority will open up play-action. Can’t wait for the ND game…I believe they are better than we think. Dawgs will need to score 30 to win.

We’ve all got work to do…but it’s great to see, for a lot of you it’s been awhile, as hoops holidays have trended in the other direction for longer than is acceptable for a school like UGA.

BTW, Reynolds was wrong. He didn't have 30. Rickey had 41 and didn't play 100 games.

My son and I made the 3hr trip to watch yesterday. Had great seats on Row E in section V. Here are my observations:

1. We are big. This team really has good size and length. Somto looks like something from a lab.
2. We are deep. I think our best lineup includes Silas, Leffew, Montgomery, and Asa. Somto or Abson at the 5. Was really impressed by Abson. He seems to have really good awareness. He’s definitely not the athletic mover as some of the others but he really has great timing and awareness as a rim protector.

So if that is the 5, on the bench is Lawrence, Blue, James, and Godfrey. That has to be as deep as we have been in a looong time

3. Montgomery can play. He plays with a swagger and confidence that is impressive. Really impressive player. Kind of guy we have needed. Can really slash and finish.

4. Lastly, the Steg gets a bad rap but it is a really nice arena. Thought it was a solid atmosphere considering opponent and time of year. Really looks good in there I think and is very comparable to other arenas in the conference and I have been to several.

We have a good team. Gonna have to really battle in this conference but we are gonna be a tough out for anyone.

Have any of you not been able to get your tickets into your wallet! I have a friend needing help! She can see her tickets but no bar shows up to transfer to her wallet! Had the same problem at Florida! They finally just let her in with a screen shot! NOLA people might not be that nice! Can anyone help? She has called Ticketmaster and so far only a promise to call her back!
