I wanted to wait a couple of days before posting this

let me start off by saying it was absolutely devastating what happened in New Orleans early January 1. Prayers to the victims families.

I also want to say prayers for Kirby smart, and his family. From what I was told things went south very quickly with his father‘s health on January 1. It’s absolutely unbelievable to courage and integrity Kirby showed for his players to be on the sidelines for the sugar bowl.

This season has been one of the strangest I can ever remember. We had so many mistakes so many injuries yet we found a way to win the SEC championship. And that’s pretty damn remarkable, considering all that we had to overcome the schedule and all of the talent that we lost to the draft.

In my opinion, this team was nowhere near as talented as the last three. But it will go down as one of the most resilient teams of all time.

Beating number one Texas on the road was awesome. We dominated Clemson. We beat Auburn and Florida. We pretty much dominated Tennessee after a horrible start.
We beat Georgia Tech in an epic game and beat Texas again for the SEC championship!

I think we beat that Notre Dame team nine out of 10 times especially with a healthy Carson Beck. But those guys outplayed us by making less mistakes and deserved to win the Sugar bowl. I don’t think anybody’s gonna beat Ohio State this year in the playoffs unless something crazy happens.

This 2024 version of the Georgia Bulldogs was very hard and frustrating to watch, but I believe the season was a success.

Moving forward, I believe we have the best head coach in America and he will make the changes necessary to get us back to winning the national championship

I believe this to be true right now. And Lord knows I’ve been wrong a lot and things change very rapidly.

I believe Bobo will step down from OC and move to an analyst position. I believe that will be his call and I just believe he’s ready for a different chapter in life.
I believe we will have a new OL Coach next year as well. I also believe there’s gonna be a change in the secondary as far as coaching as well.

I think we’re gonna allocate more NIL money toward playmakers on offense moving forward

I also believe we’re gonna get some guys out of the portal maybe even a quarterback.
And this should not be a shock, but I believe the quarterback position is wide open. Between gunner , pug and perhaps a guy that we bring in from the portal

This could change, but I believe ETN will come back. And I believe we are gonna keep most of the guys that we want.

Also, I wanna give a shout out to @Radi Nabulsi and the staff here. You guys are the best group in the business. I know you get information that you sit on and you’ll have the upmost integrity!

I love this place. I have met some of my very best friends here. I hope everybody has a great year this year. And make no mistake Kirby Smart will keep Georgia at the top of college football as long as he’s coaching for us.

My son’s name is Sonny (9years old), which I just learned was Kirby’s fathers name. I didn’t know this prior to the other day.

I lost my father this past July, and I couldn’t focus on anything leading up to that day, nor for many days, even today after my dad’s passing. To think that our coach had his fathers situation on his mind while marching our Dawgs out in the field against ND is just mind blowing to me.

I am honored to share my birthday with CKS, and more honored that my son shares the name of CKS’s late father.

It’s just more than a game to me, and my Dawgs teach me something new about myself constantly.

Guys I was as frustrated during the game as any of you but sometimes fans go way too far. We had more injuries than people realize. It has not come out yet but one of our more consistent linemen played the game with a major shoulder injury. He wasn't himself during the game and it showed. He will have surgery soon and will be out 6 months or more. He caught a lot of crap from the fan base but the kid is tough as nails. He had several confirmed death threats. It is easy to sit on the couch and bitch about these boys "sucking" and being "soft" but in reality most average fans have no clue what these kids have been through, are dealing with, and what the coaches know that we, the fans. do not.
If you are low enough or cowardly enough to make call a college kid after a bad game then please go root for another team. I can not express enough distain for you.

I got Jalon Walker, Mykel, Starks, Beck, Ratledge, Lovett, Arian Smith due to combine speed, Smael, Brinson, TID, Stackhouse, & Dan Jackson getting drafted.

Also don't know if Jared Wilson, Christen Miller, Etienne, Delp, Everette, & Fairchild return or go for the draft.

Thanks for Kirby for adapting for the moment to allow this to happen. For the moment it is what it is and until it changes…we either adapt or fall behind other teams that do.

How lucky are we?

blame to go around. We could not get out of own way. Costly penalties, poor execution. turnovers, poor tackling, poor eyes and coaching , lets say choices doomed us. Never should have lost and actually stat wise we did not. Under 2 minutes cost us everything. Time for retention and guys leaving one way or another. Then comes incoming guys. Then any staff changes.
