I dont think I realized that we signed 21 kids from GA this year.

Huge number compared to recent years.

2024 class had 10.
2023 class had 6.
2022 class had 13.

I love that we recruit nationally and always go after what we deem the best player is, but I also love seeing this many in state guys. Im not paying attention to any other state's championship games this week, just the GA ones.

GO DAWGS

Maria and I were just finishing our anniversary dinner in the tamarind room aboard the cruise ship when the maitre de came up. He saw my 21 and 22 national title lanyard and said GO DAWGS. He was from Thailand but knew all about UGA football.
Amazing how widespread dawg fb is. He wanted to know all about the sugar bowl and who we would play.

Why the consensus that a Gunner-led offense will...

...be limited to short and mid-range throws? He seems to have a cannon for an arm, and he didn't amass 13,000+ yards in HS from short passes only, did he? I know we have a small UGA sample size, but it seems that there is plenty of potential for stretching the field with him at QB. And an added dimension, that's already been widely covered, of creating plays with his feet. With 3+ weeks of QB prep, I will not be surprised to see a mix of short, mid-range, and deep throws from him.

Prayer Request UPDATE, finally, my cancer marathon has begun.

FIRST DAY OF CHEMO.

Every marathon begins with the first step so let it begin.

Tomorrow is my first radiation treatment,
and I'm pumped to get radiation underway.

I'm more excited about the radiation because as the mass in my ribs reduce in size, so will the pain.

My hope, no rib pain several days before we win the Sugar Bowl, and a significant improvement in other measureable areas the day we win the National Championship.
