BTW..the functioning brain venters know KS is the absolute best FR recruiting HC in the nation. AND... KS is the absolute best at getting his team to play their best... more often than any other HC . THIS is why we are 11-2 & #2.

But if we sign 25 FR... maybe 3 will have significant impact as FR. Maybe 10-12 as a Soph. Probably 10-12 will portal out.

I don't know how much you guys are allowed to see the practices in preparation for the playoff, but as we move closer to the Sugar Bowl, could we get some updates from time to time about how the team is recovering with the time off? Maybe updates on who among our walking wounded we might be able to get back and what we can expect from them.

I thought Chris Fowler's call at the end of the SECCG ( " And every Dog...digs deep.") was Munson-worthy. And also true. We were one beat up football team in that game. So I'd love some reports on how we're progressing towards being at full strength during this three week recovery period.

Not to be negative in a very positive start to the season, but when are we gonna finally stop with the moving screens? Feels like we get called for 3-5 every game. Basically everyone but Asa and Abson have problems with it and it’s always fairly obvious.

Somto, DJ, and RJ need to work on cutting down on those.

Interesting decision with Nussmeier coming back

Gunner is our QB for the playoffs and maybe for next year as well. The team loves him and will rally around him. You saw that in the SEC Championship. I’ve been told that Gunner is basically a more mobile version of Jake Fromm. So that is more of a game manager style QB and we have gotten away from that model since Fromm left. It’s going to be interesting to see how the staff navigates this QB situation. You can hope Gunner is your answer and roll with him next year or look in the portal for someone like Mendoza. The problem with going after Mendoza is he isn’t coming here to be a backup. If you sign him, what does that do to Gunner and the team while we are in this playoff run. Mendoza isn’t going to wait forever to make a decision. I do think the staff is high on Puglisi but he is probably a year away from being ready. Bringing in Mendoza would be a good bridge to Puglisi taking over. So many things to consider here and I’ll be curious to see how it plays out.

Being reported today that Iran has a ship just off the US Atlantic coast and the drones are being sent from there.
Crazy if true and the US government is allowing this to happen.
Maybe I’m just a skeptical old man but the whole Biden to Trump transition has been going too smoothly for a man deemed a threat to democracy. Are we allowing a foreign enemy access to take out an elected president?
