We are where dreams go to die… Let’s crush Texas’s Hopes and Dreams again.

College football hates us. Every analyst is picking against us, AGAIN, and some like that little b*tch Joel Klatt have the gall to make fun of Kirby for daring to step out of line and call them out on it.

You throw trash at us, refs reverse decisions to screw us over, opposing fans trolled us for years over 1980. You drop us out of the playoffs for losing a championship game, then next year say you’d never do that to protect your favorite brands. The SEC gives us the hardest schedule they can to try and break us, see our players limping and hurt by the end of the year.

And yet, here we are. We are the monster of your own creation. We will not die. We will crush you, and your dreams, and even when when we struggle we will still take your still beating heart and crush it. Let’s destroy these guys tomorrow. I’m sick of the disrespect.

This is the most sure I’ve ever been in my life

Texas beats Georgia on Saturday. Putting my vent legacy on the line here.

  • Impossible to beat a team twice in the same season
  • Georgia has never won the SEC with a QB not from Georgia
  • The sharps are already all over Texas
  • Commissioner Sankey has wet dreams about Texas and the refs are all in their pockets
  • We just aren’t a good team in general and got taken to 8 overtimes at home by Georgia freaking Tech

We beat Texas last time because Ewers had a bad game and isn’t that great in general. Don’t expect Beck to play any better, Texas just has an extremely elite defense. Probably better than UGA’s 2021 defense. If Sark is brave enough to bench Ewers for Manning, then the national championship this year is a foregone conclusion. Texas probably wins it all anyways but the odds go from 60% to 99.9% with Manning instead of Ewers. Texas is by far the most complete team in the country, and they will continue to dominate indefinitely thanks to NIL and Greg Sankey.

Bump me after the game, make fun of me if I’m somehow wrong (I won’t be), but this is a lock. Put your life savings on Texas, I’ve already bet mine.

Dominick Kelly

I listened to a podcast yesterday from another site and they did an interview with Dominick Kelly. I did not expect much from a kid that is reclassifying, but I was pleasantly surprised. He is a very smart and thoughtful young man. It will take him time to learn the college game and develop his body, but he has the mind he needs to be successful. Best of luck to the young man!

I am 0-3 when attending SECCG and 0-2 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium

was there for:

SECCG 2011
SECCG 2012
National Title 2017
SECCG 2018

and haven't been back since.

I just bought my tickets for Saturday, unfortunately
---------------------------------

I should add that I was sitting in/near the endzone where all of these plays happened:

  • Honey Badger returned the punt in 2011
  • Chris Conley tipped completion in 2012
  • 2nd & 26
  • Jalen Hurts' game winning rushing TD in 2018

I am sitting near the endzone again this year

Question on officials for SECCG……

I am completely ignorant in this topic but do schools(Us) have the ability to contact the SEC and its officiating leadership and have the ability to have a more formal conversation around making sure that a situation like what happened in Austin doesn’t happen again? I know that bad calls happen and there is always subjectivity by refs during games, not talking about that. But the total debacle that occurred that we all know what happened. Or is this something that is only allowed to happen by Coach Smart on the field before the game where he has to try to pull the refs aside and speak to them about making sure no shenanigans happen again? I mean, I am assuming that all coaches have a few moments with the refs and lobby for certain things, but just wondering if anyone knows more about how these things happen.

I'm having nightmares of another backup QB situation....

*. Longhorn quarterback Quinn Ewers will fight through a high ankle sprain and another injury on Saturday. I was told Ewers reinjured his oblique last week and has received treatment after practice throughout the week. Ewers will start against Georgia. Nevertheless, the goal is for Ewers to become as healthy as possible between now and Saturday.
