Where is this narrative coming from that you can’t beat a team twice in one season. I see it every year. The SEC championship alone has had 7 rematches and 5 of them were won by repeat winners. Georgia was one of the two that won a rematch they had previously lost. I’m sure if you dug deeper than that there would be more evidence of repeat winners.
