I’m serious that I worry about his mental health. I really think he is afraid to be out there.

We don’t have a backup capable(in the coaches eyes) of winning anything significant this year. Carson is a fragile piece of China mentally. Kirby feels like his only chance to win at the level he wants is to try to hold Carson together mentally which requires a ton of mental pampering and coddling. No other explanation to me

Beck is not a winner, he folds in big games. Yes his stats were good last year but we played a very easy schedule in 2023, and he sucked against Alabama, our only really big game in 2024. He has one good half of football against top competition- Clemson. We win this game if we play Stockton, all he has do do is stretch the defense with his running ability, not turn the ball over, and occasionally hit a receiver when they are wide open. If we leave Beck in and lose to UF with their 3rd string QB, it will be the worst coaching jobs of Kirby's career. I'm ready for Beck, his gold chain collection, influencer girlfriend, and Lamborghini to be in the past. Elko made the right call, he didn't worry about hurt feelings, will Kirby do the same?

He's the problem. We are limited on offense, because he has 0 confidence. I think its hindering how we coach, how others play, etc.

Truly a dice throw as to what kind of game they’ll play. Florida definitely looks like they want it more, as some have said. Carson looks totally off, as ALL have said. Down some guys on defense which can explain some of the not-so-great defense so far.

At this point, as crazy as it sounds, I still think you roll with Beck, at least for a series or two. Give him every daggum chance to turn it around but don’t, by any means, throw a season away riding a guy that’s not getting it done.

Not sure who you turn to at QB, which is frustrating, but aside from that this seems like a total team issue. Nobody is really getting their job done. Nobody on defense looks like they are hunting except for Damon Wilson, and the offense is just plain putrid to watch.
