But also frustrating . Mykel and Jalon were almost unstoppable all game long. Everette had a great game also Not letting that incredibly bad officials take away from a great win. Concerned about the 3 interceptions we dropped though. First target was correct call but Dans was really bad. Runner doing what he was supposed to do by running low. That left one thing left and the ref blew it. The reversal of the pass interference blows my mind. Should have been a delay of game. But to not even talk about reversing it till the field was littered by bottles is brutally wrong. Had the delay not happened we still have the ball. Pathetic calls. We dominated them and without the bad calls by the officials last night it could have been a big blowout. Offensively we scored and moved down the field until we shoot ourself in the butt. 10 or so dropped passes is inexcusable. Between the offense and defense thats 13 drops. No way should happen We should have won by at least 35 points. I know you can not actually know what would happen if balls were caught. They rarely stopped us without our help. It should have been a blowout. Thorson was amazing again and Woodring was great as well. Oh well still take the big win. As always GO DAWGS!!!

They had been the dominant force for years, but already had a loss that year. We were undefeated and ranked higher. We were favored.

It was the first time in forever that Bama had not been favored. We expected to beat them. And they crushed us.

Last week's defensive showing for us has me pessimistic, but, on the other hand, looking at Texas, they really have not played anyone very good yet. OK and Michigan are not as good this year as you would normally expect.

Regarding the targeting call against Jackson, I have said for a couple of seasons now they should stop only reviewing these calls in slow motion. In real time the defensive player has about a half a second to make a decision while the offensive player is making an adjustment to the hit. In Jackson’s case, he was probably going to make a tackle on the offensive player’s legs. The offensive player lowers his head in targeting position and targeting was inevitable. At the most, both players should have been ejected for targeting. At best, it should have been a no call.


The worst, is the NCAA is ruining football, again. They have no clue but in that game the fix was in.

The bye-week is very good for us. Here are some areas that are key over this 12-day stretch.
- keep getting healthy and healthier
- find a large can of confidence for Carson Beck and get his mind right
- go back to basics with our WR’s. Teach them to catch the ball first, then look up and run. If they catch the ball first and get tackled, it’s still a good/great gain most of the times (better than 3rd and long) and YAC is just gravy.
- work the young replacements, for Aguero and Jackson, out hard and get them game ready for the 1st half of UF game because Billy boy is going to go after them.
- Keep ETN safe, but hungry.

Let’s embarrass UF and build some offensive confidence because we will need our offense to score when we play Ole Miss and the Vols. Yes, the defense will keep us in every game, but UGA needs the offense to gear up for this final stretch.

I am already pissed off at the thought of that Gator chomp and bullshit fan base. Bring’em on!!!!
