ND: Bathroom Renovation Recs Forsyth

Anybody got any recommendations for a company / person to remodel master bathroom in the Cumming/Forsyth area?

I’m not looking for anything too fancy since we don’t plan on staying in this house for that much longer, but it’s something we’d need to do before selling since our current bathroom is builder grade and original to the house (built 2005)

Not afraid to pay for quality work and have the cash to do so, but my problem is that I’m not very knowledgeable about this kind of work so I don’t feel confident in my own shopping around skills. Unfortunately I’m outside the footprint of the few contractors I have personal recommendations on so any recommendations or guidance is appreciated!

Format makes champions

If this year were still a four-team playoff, it would have been Oregon, Georgia, Penn State, and Notre Dame.

If it were the BCS, it would have been Oregon vs Georgia.

In either case, Ohio State wouldn't have been part of it. Buckeye fans would have been stewing on that Michigan loss to the end of time, and Ryan Day would be perceived very differently.

Format makes all the difference.

College football season should be over by now

I love CFB but I honestly don’t care about watching it beyond 1/10. We are in NFL territory now. Lots of changes need to come to the CFP system and finding an earlier ending date needs to be at the top.

1. Top 4 seeds should be the Top 4 teams. No conference byes get elevated to Top 4

2. Any team getting over 2 weeks rest is at a disadvantage. Football needs to be played on a regular schedule. Bye weeks work during the season and keep teams sharp. Taking a month off is way too much.

3. Season ends Thanksgiving week. To extend the season beyond MLK holiday is way WAY too many weeks. Move everything up in the schedule.

4. Conference championships are purely for TV money for the conferences. All lost their next game. Not sure if the disadvantage is the time off after or having the extra game.

5. Conferences are now officially too big. Too many teams. You don’t get to play the majority of teams in the league and thus get exposed in post season. SMU. Texas.

UGA Offensive production (another thread)

I think Monken was a fantastic play caller. He had a feel for game. With that said he had great players (generational) that were already here or committed.

Bowers and McConkey have been mentioned often. Not as often is Bennett. He was a game changer. I remember hearing that coaches got frustrated because he changed plays off script. He could improvise like no other Dawg. He was elusive running. He was an incredible talent! He was the difference!

FWIW, I was one of last on board the Stetson wagon.
