I know Carson has proven himself to be a great QB, but hear me out.
Looking back, to me, the thing that made Stetson such a great QB is that he wanted to prove something. He always played with a desire and chip on his shoulder. I think that Carson played with that same chip last year to show everyone that he was as good as Stetson.
This year after the accolades, hiesman talk, and millions in NIL, I think that, maybe, Carson has regressed. He has not looked like the same QB this year. His reads are slower and he has not been as accurate on his throws.
This is just a thought, or observation, over a very small sample size. Do any of you think the same (or different)?
