So best I can tell we have added 3 safeties - Maddox, Branch and Harris (all 3 have started at their respective schools before transferring here)

We have 3 safeties / star returning that will no doubt be in the mix - Bolden, Aguero and Thomas

Corners - Everette, Harris, Robinson and Evans

Cleary Bolden and Everett will start, figure the 3 other slots are open.

My take on UGA guys:

Seems to be enough talent to move the needle on production from the back end of our defense. We need the safeties and corners to be better in run support in 2024 and we need the 3rd down guy covering the slot to be able to make some plays. (Our all American safety (who I really like) was very average on 3rd down covering the slot. )


I am cautiously optimistic that production from this group in 2025 to be better than 2024. We shall see..............

At the start of the 2025 season. Stop showing up to games. Stop donating money. Stop buying the stupid UGA vodka and protein bars. If you do show up to games bring a sign in that says to fire Bobo and Searels. This entire coaching staff needs an overhaul. If Kirby doesn’t make changes this offseason, the fan base needs to let him know that this is unacceptable.

I’m tired of watching WR screens that gain 1-2 yards every time. The offense this year was gross negligence on Kirby’s part. Get Bobo and Searels the hell out of town.

Scoring 7 points or less in the first half in 8 out 12 games against power 5 teams this season is unacceptable.

Gunner did better in 2 qtrs and an OT than the much praised Ohio State offense has in 3 qtrs against this Texas D

This team was a slog all year offensively. Winning the SEC felt like stealing candy. While losing sucks, does anyone feel this UGA team was going to win two more games, one of which almost certainly against a legit offensive team in Ohio State?

I’m sort of ready for this season to be over. There are obviously a lot of big questions that Kirby needs to answer, but this program feels exhausted right now and it needs a bit of a reset.

We belong this year in my opinion.

I am still concerned about our offensive gameplans and execution. I am also worried about some of the substitution patterns and player minutes.

Do others feel like this or am I just seeing different than most?

I see Bobo utilizing the following..,,,
1. A strong running game.
2. Multiple RPO's.
3. 2-3 Pop passes to Arian Smith.
4. Gunner rolling out with the option to run or throw.
5. the screen game.
6. And jet sweeps

All this included the offense scores over 30 maybe 40.

To recruiting results… which by the freak out on ESD and today seems like over half of this board… you need to figure it out. The days of being able to accurately predict landing spots, and cleaning house on guys you feel good about are over. Forever. Just shrug your shoulders and see who is on campus after spring practice. Will make life a lot easier.

Did anybody see the moment when Bell dropped the long pass. He laid there for a sec and Frazier took off sprinting down the field to tell him to get up and shake it off. It was a definite leadership moment and makes me think he will be a leader moving forward. They may not have showed it on TV but I thought it was super obvious in person.
