From what I read the Governors were complimentary of Trump during the conference call. Of course, they were kissing his ass because last week he suggested he wouldn't help some if they weren't nice to him.
But when Trump said he "hasn't heard about testing in weeks,", I'm sure a few hit the mute button before they said a few choice words. Look, it's hard to tell how much testing in going on, but there have been plenty of complaints from some of the Governors. So right or wrong, if he hasn't heard about it, then he should open his ears.
