If these people believe there needs to be a wage hike, do it with their own companies. Minimum wage doesn't have to be hiked in order to pay your employees more.

not sure if they changed the policy or not but some of the employees actually made less after he raised the Amazon minimum to 15 an hour in 2019 because they eliminated bonuses for holidays and attendance

He locks in a huge percentage of his workforce at 15/hr. It helps him limit raises to the minimum because how often will congress raise it
