This is his plan and it’s working. He’s permanently changed the demographics of America and forced the right into the position of being the villain. Because the only way to fix it is expatriating millions using the military.
Consider what would happen if we had a politician willing to put a stop to it? White women would descend on Washington in the millions to protest.

What’s even sadder is the party that is supposed to actually, you know oppose this, is complicit in it.
The GOP has a super majority in Texas and instead of defending his people Abbot scores a few political claps from the Fox News crowd by flying illegals to other parts of the country. He could put a stop to it right now by calling up the Texas national guard but he won’t because they want this to happen.
The ones in Washington are even worse. They’ll continue to fund forever wars and cut blank checks to Israel, Ukraine, etc but won’t leverage the power of the purse to do anything about the border. Because they want this.
But the saddest thing of all is they have successfully convinced a large number of conservatives, mostly boomers but still, that immigration is a good thing. That it helps our economy, that Mexicans, guatmalens, etc are actually going to vote conservative. Despite decades of data showing the only group that votes conservative are whites.
And the ones they haven’t been able to convince, if the citizens did anything to stop this the full might of the American military would be used against our own people to protect these invaders.
I am hoping and praying for my kids things change soon. This country is slowly dying right in front of us.

Not going to argue in favor of Greg Abbott too much, but I need to note this. Since 2021, Texas has spent over $5 billion on border security, including multiple deployments of National Guard and State Trooper personnel to the border. Other states have helped, as well. Oklahoma just sent National Guard troops to the Texas border in the past week.
The big problem is the federal government is not helping at all. In fact, the National Guard troops and state law enforcement face opposition from federal Border Patrol, who remove barriers and escort illegals across the border to federal facilities. Luggage and other possessions are taken across the border in government trucks to facilitate border crossing.
Texas has also passed a tough immigration law, but the federal government has threatened to sue if Texas enforces its law. It is difficult to imagine how such a suit could prevail, but the objective might be to tie the state up in litigation while the feds continue facilitating crime.

Dude, they are intentionally not enforcing the law on the books to compel a more lenient law that they want. It's an admission they can cure the problem whenever they want, but they don't. Ignore your bias for a moment and think about that. It's called anarchy when you pick and choose laws not to enforce for political reasons.

Already have laws on the books. When Trump enforced them, the problem was far less than today.

No, you can't just read the bill because nobody has seen it, last time I checked. Senators were asked to vote on it without seeing the text.
The bill that Congressional Democrats proposed didn't do anything for border security, just intended to expedite more illegals through the gates, and included more money for Ukraine. Because Ukraine has anything to do with the border.

It was a bill that would have passed on the Senate. The clown show that is the Rep controlled House has stalled it out. So nothing is happening. I’m not vouching for the bill, other than to say that it has bipartisan support in the Senate, which is the last remaining vestige of government (barely). The House is a reality TV show about morons.

I said the Senate version of a bill wasn't available to read at the time. Then I started a new paragraph about the HOUSE bill since we know more about that. It is a bad bill that does nothing to improve border security. That is why it is stalled.
I asked you to tell us all about the details of the Senate bill, since you were so sure about it, despite having never read it. You still aren't saying anything about the details of the Senate bill, presumably because you still can't answer the questions asked.
I'm focusing on content rather than what the bill's sponsors name it. I'm sure you've noticed that Washington politicians often load down a bill with garbage that won't pass, or simply give their bill a misleading name.
Another detail: Chuck Schumer has a separate bill, passed by the House months ago, that he refuses to put forward for vote in the Senate.
