Is anyone claiming tariffs do not cause higher prices? They do and we will pay higher prices for that.For those arguing (idiotically) that tariffs won’t increases prices and will “make America great”, here is an email I just received from one of our big suppliers. And guess what I will have to do - raise prices at our restaurants to make up for it!

You can bump this when CPI gets above 4% at any time under a Trump admin.....Trump imposed plenty of tariffs in term 1. You guys love to prognosticate....bump when any of your worries actually come to fruition. Until then enjoy a business minded effective leader who is working for your interests.......you think the tarriff talks are designed to make life harder for you? I'm gonna look to track record......see graph below.
