None of this surprises me one bit. He isn’t and never will be a straight line pub. It is why Trump has won elections. Because people are so sick of the left and the right. He only identified as Republican because he had to before the 2016 election. A lot of People would just assume puke in their hand than have another establishment Democrat or pub run things. You defended Biden and Kamala with every breath. While they bent you over for four years.

How has Zelenskyy treated Trump over the years? Why would he trust him? I am not applauding or condemning any of this. I don’t like Russia or the Ukraine. They are both corrupt. The damn guy lost more than half the money we sent over there. Zelenskyy is a damn grifter, and Putin is a psychopath. There has been massive amounts of proven propaganda or lies produced from both Russia and the Ukraine. I hope Trump finds a way to screw both of them.

You are right in that some will be protected regardless of their performance while some of the best will be let go because they may not be considered as supportive of the management team. Working for the government is very frustrating and is a good argument for privatization when the nature of the work does not prohibit it.
