Dating back to last season, and perhaps the year before even, I was convinced that our talent and personnel played a large role in why we couldn't run with teams in the second half. However, last night was confirmation that it is the coaching, not the players, that is leading to these backbreaking defeats.
I love our roster, we have some GUYS. Our talent is undeniable, we can run with anyone in the 1h. Hell, last year was the same. But they look lost when the other team makes adjustments. That's not on them, that's on our staff for not preparing them correctly.
I have heard that players' families read these boards sometimes. Who knows if that's actually true, but I just wanted to note that I really love our roster this year and none of my gripes have anything to do with the guys wearing our jerseys.
