To be clear. I doubt anyone here wants you to lose your job. I hope it works out. Maybe they value the fact that you work hard and it shows. Then reward you for it. That is the way it should work if they are evaluating all participating government employees. Sounds like you deserve a raise for doing two people’s job. The fact the you can do two people’s job is probably part of the problem. The whole point of this is to get rid of folks taking advantage of the situation. Which obviously you are not.
