Allowing abuses of rights via basic service providers by allowing them to deny service to people who do not align with their political views, without regulatory reprisal.
First Amendment violations by proxy via media companies, where journalists and others can't include certain words in their articles and posts for fear of demonitization and removal. This disproportionately affects providers in small business, as opposed to media conglomerates.
Basic protections from crime, as state and federal atttorneys refuse to prosecute criminals or enforce the laws they are sworn to uphold.
Property rights, via the failure to prosecute property theft by taking, and allowing squatters to steal homes by theft and force.
Denial of government services, as laws requiring defense of the nation's borders were ignored by the DOJ and government services were provided at public expense to criminal aliens without the consent of citizens.
