While the Trump team is executing Project 2025 exactly as promised, it seems a little early for a victory lap, lowcountry.
I could list the various embarrassments of the last week, but I’ve promised myself to avoid engaging on a day by day basis.
It remains unclear how anything accomplished so far is going to curb inflation, but we will see. Blanket 25% tariffs on all imports from Canada and Mexico certainly won’t help, but maybe it’s all a negotiating ploy.
