I've read two articles on it and still don't understand why he was banned. That being said, once the doorman bars you, trying to physically push past is/ was a bad idea. (he got shoved to the ground like a girl and arrested).
He claimed to the cameras that it was a constitutional violation (he may be right?) but touching another person physically is always a bad idea.
