Since offensive playcalling is the theme of the off-season so far, I'd recommend this podcast by the Athletic on the rise of the Shanahan-McVay coaching tree to anyone who likes podcast and sports biographies.

It's a few years old, but it's a great dive the chess game of football with some interesting biographical information about McVay, Shanahan, LaFluer, and Mike McDaniel.

Relevant for NFL games this weekend is how Vic Fangio, the current Eagles DC, basically broke McVay which forced him to re-evaluate his game (leading to Stafford becoming a Ram.)
