Could this be the showdown we need to defeat the wacko judges?

The law is valid.
The only consideration is whether they fall under the law to be deported.

They all deserve a Habeas Corpus day in court. However, that day in court falls to the local jurisdictions where the individual is being held.

Boasberg and other overreaching Federal Judges, be they Democratic, Republican, or other non-specified or self-identified political genders - do not have nationwide Habeas Corpus jurisdiction nor nationwide efficacy.

“Kavanaugh wrote a brief concurring opinion in which he emphasized that the Courts disagreement is not over whether the detainees receive judicial review of their transfers all nine Members of the Court agree that judicial review is available. The only question, he concluded is where that judicial review should occur.”
