Dawgs final TD last night, can someone explain

I am pretty damn sure Ettiene broke the plane on the last TD drive by a good bit, slo mo even verified it, announcers were confident he did. It gets "reviewed" and somehow he didn't? And then not only that they spot the ball at least 2 feet from the goal line, if for some reason the laws of physics suddenly ceased in Austin last night the ball should've been spotted with the nose touching the Goal Line.

Make it make sense.

The foolishness of early rankings

The foolishness of early rankings And the way people believe in them Explains the whole Texas hyperbole. Last year Texas win in and beat a confused Alabama team and rode that all year . Alabama not worth a damn then So I firmly believe that falsehood created then cost us our chance in the CFP playoff. They were picked over us despite a regular season loss and a couple of close calls. This year they went up and beat a crappy ass Michigan “defending national champion Michigan “ and start it all over again
They’ve gotten fat play in nobody this year. I like Bevo – medium rare

WATCH: Fox Sports Analyst Makes Troubling Georgia-Texas Prediction

Emmanuel Acho, the former Texas Longhorns linebacker and now-turned Fox Sports analyst, did not hold back when analyzing his alma mater's 34-3 win over Oklahoma and what it could mean for Georgia this coming Saturday.

"Texas showed America what a number one team in football is supposed to look like," Acho said following Texas's win Saturday. "Quinn Ewers, starting quarterback, did not have a great day. It did not matter. You still beat your rival at a neutral site by over thirty points. Defense, stout, receivers, stout running game, stout, and your quarterback came back from injury, did not play great, and you still dominated. Your leading receiver, Isaiah Bond, didn't even show up, and you still dominated, so what I will say is, bring Georgia on, and those dreams, too, will come to die."

Funny how life works… had a opportunity to hear Steve Shaw (national coordinator of officials) speak Monday night in Athens…

… and part of his presentation was a video Q&A of targeting. He’d show an actual game situation, have the audience vote as to whether it was targeting or not, and then reveal the answer.

The audience was very divided on almost every call; demonstrating the difficulty in applying the targeting penalty.

Shaw did explain how the actual qualifying criteria is largely concerned with a 6” circle at the crown of the defender’s helmet. There are other considerations, however, that’s the one that is used most often by the replay officials.

While I hated it last night, I rightly predicted the replay results based on Shaw’s explanation.

SIAP……helmet communication

It was evident during the game that our helmet communication device was not working. They were testing several helmets. CKS called over the refs and basically all the refs said were Georgia’s did not work and the game will carry on.
I know this is the first year they are having this device but I thought the rule is with at least coaching headsets if one side goes out the other side must turn their side off. Why wasn’t that ruled here?

Did they ever address on TV when the helmet communication came back on or maybe it never did?

Perhaps they fixed it at halftime?

I didn’t think much about it at the time but given what transpired in the 3rd quarter it seems suspicious that our defensive communication system stopped working.
