Thanks to the over 250 folks that entered the Dawgs - Vols Pick 'Em Contest. As we all witnessed, Kirby's Dawgs bounced back strong with a 31-17 smackdown of Josh Heupel's Vols.
As customary in this series of late, the Vols failed to score 20 points or more yet again. Meanwhile, the Vols' much-publicized defense had not surrendered over 19 points all season long...until they rolled into Athens and Beck, Bobo and company racked up a double digit victory with 31 points.
Looks like 3 folks accurately predicted the 31-17 final, so the winner came down to the tie-breaker which was the number of completions by Carson Beck. The UGA QB dominated the Vols with 25 completions.
The virual runner-ups who narrowly missed were @ILAdawg 31-17 28 completions and @55dawg 31-17 - Beck connects on 29 (to our guys)
The winner this week was the only prediction to nail both the final score AND the tie-breaker - Congratulations to @dawgbiteu right on the money with 31-17 and 25 completions for Beck. @Radi Nabulsi will be in touch to help secure your prize.
