Excellent editorial about UGA’s culture from a surprising source…..

The Gainesville Sun This article rubs even more salt in UF’s wounds to be published in the Gainesville Sun after another Napier loss.

THESE FOREIGN POLICY IDIOTS

These issues should have been addressed over two weeks ago, months ago as a matter of fact. Instead, the Dem idiot leadership is trying to appease the Hamas loving voting side of their base, leaving the world unsure of what their true stance is, and where their allegiance’s are. They try and play both sides of the fence, but the DEI Queen made it quite obvious with her actions by not meeting with Netanyahu where her allegiance is. Does this stupid bi+ch even realize American were killed Oct 7, and there are American hostages still? Her actions and allegiance’s definitely point to the contrary. Now, the DEI Queen that’s supposed to be VP, acts like the last four yrs never happened, and she was never apart of the failures of this administration. She’s parading all over the country campaigning, leaving her job responsibilities behind. And the sorry excuse of a President, Joe Biden, has been laying is his lazy puppet ass on a beach the last two weeks, leaving everyone to wonder who the hell is in charge both literally and figuratively of this country. Total failure by the Hamas loving Biden/ Harris Administration on yet another foreign policy issue. It’s unbelievable to me how the media and this terrible Administration has tried to keep the fact that we have American’s that were killed by Hamas, as well as remaining held hostages under the rug, with as little media coverage as possible on the hostages and those Americans that were killed. The pathetic response this Administration dating back to Oct 7 2023 is unbelievable. America had its own citizens attacked and killed in an ally sovereign country, and what does this chicken shi+ Administration have to show for it’s retaliation? Not a damn thing! Spineless! Instead we see the state run media and Dem leadership time and time again, begging for pity for Palestinian’s, showing a Hamas controlled Gazan city blown up, or the body of a Palestinian child paraded across the TV. There was much more American hostage covg on other incidents dating all the way back to the Iranian Hostage crisis 45 yrs ago. And you NEVER questioned American allegiance. This is insane and yet another epic failure on foreign policy by this terrible Administration.

It would appear that LSU would likely need to run

the table and win the SEC to make the playoffs. Even a one-loss SEC sched leaves them at 10-2 with an OOC loss. Would that record still get them in over any four of UGA, Bama, UTk, OM, Texas and possibly OK with at worst 2-conference losses?

Seems unlikely without winning the conference for LSU. Helluva way to start the season with an expanded playoff. If they miss this year Kelly will be feeling some serious heat.

Direct Tv and ESPN SEC Network etc

I didn't realize they were fighting. Watching the SEC network and boom just went off the air. No banner warnings or anything. Fortunately I have HULU so I can still watch games etc but this sucks. Hope they get it resolved soon. Can't believe they didn't have the banners with a warning going. They all do it no matter who you have but they know these deadlines are coming why not get it done beforehand. And yes I negotiate for a living so I know how the process works. Ok through venting now.

Dillon Gabriel-Heisman winner?

I just don't understand all the hype about Dillon Gabriel, this article is written as he's the anointed Heisman winner hands down. I don't think he's even the best CFB quarterback this year, there's certainly Carson Beck and Cam Ward just off the top of my head, these ignorant writers pen this drivel and some of the less informed Heisman voters read this article and say this must be true.

Thank God CFB is back

This felt like the longest offseason of my life. I realize there is a life without CFB but I don't like it. CFB Saturdays are better than Christmas Day and there's no way you can convince me otherwise.

I felt like I saw a more animated Carson Beck at times in this game. Kirby challenged him to be more fired up with the team and the camera captured a few of those moments. His pocket presence is so good and then he consistently surprises those outside of Dawg Nation with his legs. I'm really excited to see the season he's about to have. Yet he's so humble. (refreshing)

I saw tons of Nate Frazier comps on here. I see Isaiah Pacheco with this kid. Great top-end speed, can lower his head and hit defenders violently, and has those herky-jerky movements as he's shot out of a cannon. Looks like an ADHD kid that's suddenly run out of meds for the first time in 4 months. And Branson will be fine, especially as the season unfolds. I re-watched the game yesterday and it seemed most of his touches had major breakdowns.

I know Yurosek was talked about all off-season but I think he's our 3rd best TE. Delp and Luckie are animals out there no matter what is asked of them. Watch them blocking, especially out in space, and you'll see them springing several of our huge gainers.

Daylon has continued taking off from about mid-season last year. He struggled big time but then just got better and better in the latter portion of 2023. It seemed he was draped all over Tigers everywhere he went. That long corner route where Klubnick dropped one in the bucket was perfectly defended. Now we need to find a Robin to his Batman out there at CB.

Another thread was talking about how Kentucky's best LB is Dumas-Johnson, Arkansas's is Sorey, FSU's is Marvin Jones, Jr. And then you see why those cats left with what we are trotting out there at LB. Good Lord, is this the best collection we've had under Kirby?

Couldn't believe the line dropped to 11 close to kickoff. I thought it should've been closer to 17 or so all along. 'Twas a great betting day as I parlayed Georgia over 33.5 points and Clemson under 14.5 points along with a straight up bet of Dawgs -11.

Blessed to have a wife that wants CFB on the TV every minute possible which gave me a chance to see a lot of great football around the nation.

Ashton Jeanty - if you haven't watched him play for Boise State, do yourself a favor and watch the best RB in the nation. He's fantastic. I was hoping I'd go into fantasy football drafts next year with his name under the radar but that ain't happening. He's a stud.

Cam Ward - A month ago I put a future bet on Miami to win the ACC and Ward is the reason. He might have been the most under the radar outstanding QB in CFB last year. I think he'll be in NY come Heisman time. So much fun to watch.

Didn't watch Penn St. but interested to see how the new OC changes that offense and Allar. Allar has been awful, in my opinion, and good QB play is all they need to take the next step. They are always loaded with freak athletes everywhere but QB.

Tetairoa McMillan is the best WR in the nation out in Arizona. Find him, watch him.

Finally, last night was a treat to watch Miller Moss at QB. He is fantastic and is going to put up outstanding numbers at USC but without the drama from last year. I'm sure he's a lot easier to coach for Riley as well. Looked like USC finally played some defense last night as well but Moss is going to win them a bunch of games.

Me, Saturday morning:
