There is a season

For harvesting and one for pruning. Georgia did a little harvesting this season. An SEC Championship shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Now it’s time for some pruning.

From pruning comes growth and then more harvesting.

Dawgs will grow and be back and better soon.

This is true in our lives as well. God is good. Bless all of you guys and, as always, GO DAWGS!

Abson can be the answer to many of our problems at the high post.

1) he has the ability to put the ball on the floor a couple dribbles and draw the D, make a short jumper, or floater ( the one last night was really nice). His 3pt shot looks like he could make one now and then.
2) he sets solid screens
3) he sees the floor as well as anyone on our team and almost always makes the right pass
4) he plays with a lot of poise
5) his ft stroke is better than Somto and at least as good as RJ.
6) he is a good shotblocker

Questions - can he guard a PF, will he contribute more if he plays more? Answers - probably many of them and why wouldn't he.

Really don't like

These semifinal games being played on a Thursday night and Friday night. Seems anticlimactic or an afterthought. Just doesn't feel right. They need to figure out how to play these semifinal games back-to-back on a Saturday and play the Championship game the following Saturday. The Monday night thing has always been awful. Too bad we are not playing tonight or tomorrow night, but I digress. Go Dogs.

Urban Meyer Makes Georgia-Notre Dame Prediction

Despite his past - where he served as the receivers coach for the Fighting Irish - Urban Meyer didn't let his past allegiance bleed into his predictions for the Sugar Bowl matchup between Georgia and Notre Dame. The former Ohio State head coach and now-turned Fox Sports analyst agrees with the Bulldogs being favored by oddsmakers and is predicting Georgia to remain undefeated all-time versus Notre Dame.

"I stare at these point spreads and I think they're right on," Meyer said during his Triple Option Podcast. "However, with Notre Dame, how are the players going to respond when they see a high draft pick across from them? Because they haven't seen that... I think the point spread is right... I'm going to go with Georgia to cover."
